The rules of the road.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kodelize's website, courses, and learning platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• Each person may hold only one account. A single email address and a single mobile number can each be used to register only once.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.

Courses are delivered as live, instructor-led cohorts with limited seats. A seat is confirmed once your registration is approved and payment (where applicable) is received. We may reschedule sessions or change mentors when necessary, and will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

• Fees for each course are shown before you enroll. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed to confirm your seat in a cohort.
• Refund eligibility, if any, is described on the course or checkout page. Where no refund terms are stated, fees are non-refundable once a cohort has begun.
• We may change course fees from time to time; changes do not affect enrollments already paid for.

When you enroll, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content — including live sessions, recordings, notes, and code — for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, redistribute, or publicly post course materials or your login access without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with anyone else.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute course content or platform code.
• Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Harass mentors or other learners, or behave disruptively in live sessions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All course content, branding, and platform software are owned by Kodelize or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may submit projects, code, questions, or other content. You retain ownership of what you create, but you grant us a licence to host and use it as needed to operate the Service and provide feedback. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you submit.

Our courses are designed to build real, job-ready skills, but we do not guarantee any specific result, certification value, job, salary, or employment outcome. Your progress depends on your own effort and participation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodelize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms Kodelize, our mentors, or other learners. Lifetime access to purchased materials is subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
